Last year, The Free Throw Marathon raised nearly $50,000 while shooting more than 18,000 Free Throws. None are more visible than the annual Youth Day at a women’s basketball game, where DePaul provides tickets, transportation and a t-shirt for a gym full of students from across Chicago. DePaul’s student-athletes perform thousands of hours of community service each year.
